This position offers flexibility with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN employment. You will focus on providing Medicare Part B community-based services to the geriatric population.You will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team, treating a well-balanced mix of patients in their homes. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and the opportunity for overtime pay.Quick Glance: Work setting: Outpatient therapy in home environments, focusing on geriatric patients. Availability: Minimum of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week required, including 3 weekdays. If PRN/Per Diem, ongoing 1-on-1 patient care is necessary with regular weekly availability.
