Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician - $25-$32/hr - Full-Time + Benefits
Location: Trenton NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $25-$32/hr (Open to entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude)

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair plant and process machinery including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Use lockout/tagout procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure peak performance and reliability
• Accurately document maintenance activities and equipment status
• Support a strong safety culture by reporting hazards and participating in risk assessments
• Order materials and parts to complete work orders efficiently What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Experience with CNC machines (Haas, Okuma) is a plus
  • Familiarity with electrical and electronic systems is a bonus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proven commitment to workplace safety and equipment quality
