As a Loyalty Card Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service at the MGM Rewards desk.THE STARTING RATE: $17.75THE DAY-TO-DAY: - Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner, answer questions and address problems
- Explain the loyalty program in and benefits in detail
- Proven ability to effectively communicate marketing campaigns and strengthen brand awareness
- Utilize all aspects of the Patron Management System; input/update player information in the database system and issue loyalty program cards
- Review guest complaints and notify supervisorTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Looking for a part time schedule
- Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
