Excellent communication skills needed with experience interacting with senior stakeholders in an influencing role. Experience interacting with senior executives needs to be clearly demonstrated in the resume. <br>2. Financial companies/Insurance is a must. <br>3. Strong expertise with multiple scenario functional use cases, preferably System Functional Use Cases. Supporting documentation to be provided by candidates. <br>4. AGILE experience is very nice to have. <br>5. Gap analysis is mandatory (at least 3 years). <br>6. Managerial experience is nice to have. <br>7. Functional BA&rsquo;s needed. Techno functional BA background is optional but the functional experience is mandatory. <br>8. We need a collaborative team player who is flexible in their approach and are comfortable working in an unpredictable environment. <br>9. Primarily looking for LOCAL candidates. Higher education in technical curriculum must have. <br>&nbsp;<br>Senior Business Analyst <br>&nbsp;<br>This Fortune 50 client of our is currently seeking a &quot;Senior Business Analyst&quot; to document functional and product requirements for our Commercial Insurance Underwriting Unit. The candidate should be detailed oriented with excellent analysis and problem solving skills and have the ability to work independently as a self starter. Commercial Insurance Domain and Agile Methodology Experience is also a plus. <br>&nbsp;<br>Position Description: <br>*Ability to transform business requirements into Functional Use Cases. <br>&nbsp;<br>*Ability to shape unstructured and disjointed information into cohesive business requirements. This skill relies upon root cause analysis capabilities. <br>&nbsp;<br>*Ability to analyze and document end to end business requirements through, Business Process Maps, Use Cases, Mockups, Prototypes, Data Dictionaries, and Business Domain Models. These skills will be used within a large program of work to develop strategic cutting edge UW systems and sunset legacy systems. <br>&nbsp;<br>*Candidate will apply knowledge of system capabilities and business needs and work with development team to identify system solutions. <br>&nbsp;<br>*Ability to conduct and facilitate system testing, quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing, and user training sessions as needed to support functional and maintenance releases. <br>&nbsp;<br>Position Requirements: <br>&nbsp;<br>*Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably with a major from a highly analytical field of study. Majors in Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering would be a plus. <br>&nbsp;<br>*6-10 years of Business Analyst experience with Functional Use Cases are required. <br>&nbsp;<br>*Excellent analytical skills, superb attention to detail and problem solving skills is required. <br>&nbsp;<br>*Must have experience in Business Requirement GAP analysis and Functional Use Cases to support new system development or significant enhancements to existing systems. <br>&nbsp;<br>* Must take ownership of deadlines and commitments. <br>&nbsp;<br>* Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing. <br>&nbsp;<br>* Must be an independent Worker / Self Starter. <br>&nbsp;<br>* Must have ability estimate duration of assignment and provide target dates for completion. <br>&nbsp;<br>* Must have ability to escalate issues / risks to management. <br>&nbsp;<br>* Must have ability to engage in design and implementation decisions and help build consensus with the business and development teams. <br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>So if you&rsquo;re motivated professional and have an interest in this great career opportunity then I will look forward to speaking with you.
