• SAP Proficiency: Utilize SAP software for managing production schedules, inventory, and workflow processes.
• Organization: Maintain a well-organized production floor, ensuring all sub-assembly processes are efficient and meet quality standards.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments, manage team members, and report to senior management.
• Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical knowledge to oversee sub-assembly operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Managerial Experience: Lead and manage a team of sub-assembly workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP software, eNovia, and eQuality would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in sub-assembly processes.
