A company is looking for a Research Billing Specialist.



Key Responsibilities:

Review patient charges for clinical trial participants and assign appropriate billing designations
Identify trends in insurance issues and escalate as needed
Resolve charge discrepancies and issues with charge designation


Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma
1 year healthcare experience preferred, Clinical Research, Coding, Charge Data Master, Lab a plus
No specific licensure/certifications/registrations required
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and medical billing/reimbursement
