Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ This leader is a hardworking, customer-centric supply chain specialist, supporting the Order to Cash robotics Medical Technology. In this role, they will:

• Design end-to-end order management solutions to support the launch of new Robotics and Digital solutions.
• Serve on critical Robotics projects, developing standardized processed cross-franchise processes.
• Supporting and driving integration of business solution architecture to other major enterprise, sector-level interdependent programs and projects.
• Manages the robotics project portfolio to ensure efficient business benefit within available resource capacity
• Leads business process design and testing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with commercial, deliver, compliance and IT organizations to develop end to end strategic solutions.
  • Develop and implement a standard approach for Business Simulation using standard testing tools.
  • Lead Business Process design efforts for future changes to utilize and optimize the vision of the Medical Devices Order to Cash solution architecture
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Medical Technologies Order to Cash processes.
  • As a business owner, support quality compliance system validation and change control processes to ensure ongoing compliance state and good practices.
  • Lead User Acceptance and Business Simulation testing.
