Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Counsel, Patent Litigation, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This role offers a flexible hybrid model (3 days on-site per week with the option to work up to 2 days remote). As Senior Counsel within the Litigation Group of the Global Legal Organization at Johnson & Johnson, you will report into the Global Head of IP Litigation. You will advise and represent the company and each of its two sectors (Innovative Medicine and MedTech) in patent and other IP litigation around the world. You will be joining a fast-paced and growing team tackling novel legal issues, to enable the company to do what it does best, namely care for patients around the world.
