Position Summary The Cell Therapy Finance position is a Senior Manager who will partner across the financial matrix, both within Cell Therapy Organization and with the BU and Corporate Finance Leaders throughout the company. The role is responsible for key FP&A processes & deliverables, as well as providing financial and operational leadership to the Cell Therapy Organization. This position will report to the Executive Director of Cell Therapy Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Seamlessly working across matrixed organization to develop cross-functional knowledge and build business acumen while consolidating Cell Therapy financial information across Commercial, GP&S and R&D organizations
- Management of the Cell Therapy financial planning calendars in collaboration with various Finance teams
- Coordination of forecast assumptions and key planning inputs across stakeholders
- Lead key initiatives to streamline Cell Therapy Finance ways of working and processes to unlock efficiency
- Lead evolution of the data and system needs for Cell Therapy Finance, implement changes to further enhance the reporting capabilities in alignment with the total company data strategy
- Support key business needs, with both financial and operational leadershipQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA and/or MBA in finance preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance roles preferred
- Advanced analytical skills including financial modeling in Excel, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain financial information to stakeholders
- Strong business partnering skills and experience working in a complex matrix organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment often with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience working in SAP and Hyperion
- Experience with PowerBI preferred
