Job Overview:A member of the surgical team, acting under the direction of a Registered Nurse, who works with the surgeon and RN in delivering patient care and assuming appropriate responsibility before, during and after surgery.Qualifications:Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an OR Technician training program
• 2 years of experience
• Must have strong knowledge with general skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbally and written)
• Must be able to make calls. Must be flexible, able to multitask and be able to work independentlyCertifications and Licenses Required:
  • Certified Surgical Technician, required
