This is a newly created position that will support the VP of HR and COO. You will be responsible for supporting the employee populations in their Manufacturing plants.Client DetailsThey have been around for over 80 years and are well established in their industry. • Designing & Implementing HR strategies alongside the VP of HR and COO
• Lead employee & labor relations
• Assist in the interviewing process
• Create career progression for current employees
• Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees
• Lead contract negotiations for Union workers
• Develop & implement employee engagement activities
• Assist with Training
• Work with Managers on performance reviews and coaching conversationsProfile
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8-10 years of HR experience
  • 3+ years in Management role
  • Experience with working with Union & Non Union employees
  • Exposure to Manufacturing Company
  • Excellent Written & Verbal CommunicationJob Offer
