Your role

Have you successfully managed large-scale IT Security Implementation projects? Do you want to be part of a diverse global team delivering the latest security solutions to clients? Do you love managing all aspects of a project? Do you have a can-do attitude and willing to look beyond the obvious? Are you confident in delivering the objectives within highly complex projects?

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to:

• lead the delivery of IT projects, focusing on the Customer Identity Access Management area
• be accountable for delivering results by implementing industry best practices for project management, manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at project level
• drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines
• assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports
• liaise with project stakeholders at all levels, building trust and strong relationships to gaining go forward decisions and signoffs
• build collaborative and constructive relationships across multiple technology and business streams
• allocate, utilize and direct personnel resources to drive projects to completion
• be a champion for adoption and implementation of agile principles and methodologies

  Security is a global organization within Group Technology Infrastructure and Security Engineering. Our services focus on access management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, identity access management for customers, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, and create best-fit solutions.
  
  You'll be working in the Customer Identity Access Management team based in Weehawken, New Jersey. We review, develop and deliver global identity access management and authentication solutions used by our external clients throughout the bank. As an IT Project Manager, you'll play an important role in seeing that the development methodology is followed and lead technical design discussions with the architects.   • strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to manage expectations, lead and convince
  • proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile teams
  • track record of continuous improvement and striving for improving project deliveries
  • ability to drive conversations to ensure requirements are clearly understood
  • adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT)
  • good understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications, security standards and networking
  • able to influence at all levels and gain buy-in for plans, strategies and ideas
  • demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • able to understand complex information and communicate it in a simple way
