My e-mail address is lmancino judge.com and some more information about the job is below.Job Details:Start Date: 4/16/2024.Title: Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey (on-site) Hours: Day 5x8's (8:00am-4:30pm) (Monday-Friday) Length of Engagement: Travel/Contract, 12 Weeks Hourly: $40.15Stipend: $1.083Total gross: $2,588.63Job Responsibilities will Include:Must be able to review new admissions for any special needs or issues that need to be addressed.Assisted with patients discharged from the hospital as they return home.Coordinating the care of patients with complex needs that require multiple services over time.Be able to be a helping and guiding hand by counseling or therapy. Reassure patients understand that there are financial and emotional resources available to them.
