As the Brand Manager, Mainstream Chocolate Innovation, you'll embrace the opportunity to lead iconic brands like Butterfinger, Crunch, Buncha Crunch, Raisinets, and Baby Ruth into the future!The Brand Manager, Mainstream Chocolate Innovation will be based at our vibrant North American Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. You'll report into the Vice President of Innovation and Portfolio Development, taking charge of crafting an exciting innovation pipeline and orchestrating successful product launches to drive portfolio growth.--Main Responsibilities:As the Brand Manager for Mainstream Chocolate Innovation, you'll embark on a thrilling journey that involves:Defining and refining the innovation roadmap for our mainstream chocolate portfolio in the USStrategically planning and executing initiatives to unlock the long-term potential of our beloved brandsLeading cross-functional teams through the entire innovation lifecycle, from concept inception to launch excellenceConducting thorough market, competitive, and brand analyses to inform our innovation strategy within the fast-paced consumer packaged goods landscapeOrchestrating qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives, providing insightful recommendations for innovation and renovation endeavorsCollaborating with Finance to ensure the profitability and viability of our product innovation endeavorsPartnering closely with Category Management and Trade Marketing to craft compelling narratives and toolkits that secure customer buy-in for our innovationWho we are looking for:Are you the perfect fit?
