Location: 127 Plaistow Rd., Plaistow, NH (New, professional building) About the Role: 4-day clinical work week (32 clinical hours, 8 admin). NextGen EMR (transitioning to EPIC in Oct 2025). Diverse patient population (young to elderly). 18 patients/day. Team-based care (3 MDs, 3 NPs). On-site lab, X-ray, LICSW, Rehab Services (PT/OT/Speech). On site Orthopedics, Ob-Gyn and Cardiology. Centralized support services (call center, referrals, medication refills/triage). In-office RNs, MAs, and administrative staff. Minimal call coverage. Focus on quality and work-life balance.
