We offer a stable, supportive, and growing organization that focuses on your needs and interests.Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.Coverage territory needs include the Salem, Windham and Atkinson NH areas as well as into the Methuen to Haverhill MA area. (Must be both MA and NH RN licensed)Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)No weekends or holidays!Highly competitive payrates plus IRS mileage reimbursement13-week contractsThe Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge.
