• Employment Type: TravelJob DetailsTitle - Acute RN (Dialysis)Location - Lebanon, NHShift- 4x10 -Key Responsibilities:--- Perform ongoing patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments.--- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and adjust individualized care plans.--- Educate patients and families on dialysis treatments, kidney health, and lifestyle adjustments.--- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.--- Participate in emergency response protocols and assist in critical care situations.--- Support, mentor, and guide Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs, and fellow RNs in daily operations.--- Ensure proper collection, processing, and documentation of lab specimens.--- Promote patient awareness of transplant and treatment modality options. -Requirements:--- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.--- Active RN licensure in the state of practice.--- Current BLS/CPR certification (or completion prior to start).--- Must meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.A recent dialysis experience required.
