We are looking for a supply chain planner to join our team and assume a lead role in a managing our common material and conducting factory capacity analysis. In this job, you will:--- Take the lead in managing thousands of electronic parts ensuring material is available to support the manufacturing schedule.--- Assist removal of excess material and coordinate the addition and removal of parts to common inventory.--- Work with peers across the country to fill requirements at their given locations.--- Utilize the Company Rough Cut Capacity Planning tool and analyze the output while working closely with manufacturing leadership as they plan their headcount requirements. --- Present changes to firm and forecasted demand to senior leadership on a monthly basis.--- Work with a cross functional team that supports the manufacturing process.Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent planning/inventory control/material management experience.
- Above average ability using MS 365 software suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person or electronically.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership periodically.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with others.
- Process and Systemic aptitude.

- Defense industry experience.
