The individual in this key position will have the following responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Food Services, oversee all aspects of food service Meet operational and budgetary objectives as established by supervisor. Collaborate with Director on menu planning. Order, receive and arrange food storage of food items, paper and cleaning supplies; then code and process all invoices. Maintain sanitary working and food preparation conditions in accordance with State and local health requirements. Maintain required records of the operations and provide Easterseals administration and state officials requested operational data on a timely and accurate basis. Implement operational guidelines that will ensure that customers will receive a high standard of service and nutritious food. Work in the kitchen preparing and serving hot and cold foods. Schedule and arrange for coverage of all kitchen-staffing needs seven days per week. Ensure Federal, State, Local and Agency standards are met. Maintain food allergy list for all clients. Work collaboratively with clinical staff on client needs.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field, culinary arts preferred, OR Two (2) years college in related field and four (4) years related experience Two (2) years of food service industry experience Two (2) years supervisory experience Food Safe Certified Valid drivers license and reliable transportationHours: Sunday - Thursday; hours will vary each day between 9am - 630pm depending on program needs.Compensation: Salaried, exempt position with an annual salary of $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.Whats in it for you?
