Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associates degree or technical certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 8 years technical working experience with computers and networks and associated software in a medium- to large-sized organization or a combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Google G-Suite Administration
• Thorough knowledge of Mac, Windows, Linux and Chrome operating systems;
• Must be personable, organized, reliable, flexible and willing to learn and adapt to diverse demands
• Ability to communicate and be patient with computer users of diverse ability levels and to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Expert with Google Apps for Education and Microsoft Office365
• Experience with Clever Single Sign on Applications
• Familiarity with ASPEN Student Information System
• Familiarity with Munis ERP system.
• Familiarity with other software and systems as needed. Specific Core Function:
  • Manage, administer, and coordinate G-Suite for the entire Manchester School District
  • Manage, administer, and coordinate testing applications for the entire Manchester school district
  • Oversee. recommend, and implement software applications to ensure compliance with HB1612 Responsibilities of the Position:
    • This position is responsible for Administering all software systems, which includes the administration of the organization's Google G-Suite environment, MUNIS user access, NH Statewide Assessment Portal (AirSecure), Nixle, NWEA MARC Admin, SchoolMessenger Admin, WIDA/Lexia Admin, GoGuardian classroom management system, and ability to complete and manage help desk tickets using FreshDesk help desk system.
    • Manage and optimize Google Apps for Education environment to include end user Google/Gmail account management for staff and students
    • Mange the process for evaluating new Apps/Online Educational Tools to ensure compliance with Student Data Privacy Laws and HB1612
    • End of Year Cleanup: delete graduated/withdrawn students; suspend retired/resigned staff
    • Password management support for all systems
    • School/district e-mail distribution lists (Google Groups)
    • Monitor Gmail compliance filter for student email
    • Chrome Management/Chromebook Support
    • Web Site Support and ADA Compliance
    • Online testing set up and support for NH Statewide Assessment; WIDA-annual EL assessment
    • Manage Clever Single Sign On for online learning platforms (i-Ready, etc.)
    • COPPA compliance
    • General Technology support and training for District
    • Perform other duties as assigned. Salary Grade/Range: $56,028.50- $60,906.94
