Job Description:Role: Assembly.Location: Londonderry, NH 03053.Job Duration: 12+ months contract on W2 (Temp to Hire)Job Type: Onsite (9/80 every other Friday off and Start time is 5:00 AM)JOB DECRIPTION:You will get $250 bonus once complete 5-month with client.Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Overall SummaryEntry-level support individual contributor.Work is closely supervised.Work consists of tasks that are routine.Explains facts and practices related to job area.Nature of SupervisionWorks with close supervision on routine tasks.Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is required.Communication & InfluenceCommunicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.Innovation & ComplexityWork consists of tasks that are routine.
