As a Production Support Engineer, you'll be part an integral part of a THAAD team, solving production problems on one of the most technically challenging programs in our portfolio. You'll partner with a team of dedicated program engineers and business leads to develop and deliver a product designed to survive the harshest of environmental conditions. Apply today and see for yourself why our employees proudly average more than 12 years of service!Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years' experience (6+ with a masters degree)
- Demonstrated experience in Product development and support of DoD military electronics equipment
- Working experience with lasers, receivers, fiber optics, and/or related IR technologies
- Solid fundamentals of mechanical design, analysis, and documentation principles
- Experience with state-of-the-art mechanical engineering development software tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including development of engineering documentation and presentations
- Motivated self-starter and problem solver with proven experience executing in diverse multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong computer skills in basic MS office and technical programs
- Knowledge of engineering development processes
- Eligible to obtain a DOD Security ClearancePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
