Job Description:Role: Manufacturing Technician.Location: Londonderry, NH 03053.Job Duration: 12 months contract on W2Job Type: Onsite (Weekend Shift 6 AM 6 PM and 3/12 hours shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday)JOB DECRIPTION:Weekend Shift 6 AM 6 PM - Clean Room atmosphere Hairnets, facemask, safety glasses, long lab coats, long pants.Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.Works with engineers in conducting experiments.Overall SummaryEntry-level support individual contributor.Work is closely supervised.Work consists of tasks that are routine.Explains facts and practices related to job area.Nature of SupervisionWorks with close supervision on routine tasks.Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is required.Communication & InfluenceCommunicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.Innovation & ComplexityWork consists of tasks that are routine.Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.Follows established processes to complete tasks.Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.Organization ImpactWorks to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
