Minimum requirements to be considered for the position: JD degree from a ABA-approved law school. Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar. Litigation experience in general business or insurance defense preferred but not required Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills. Ability to meet monthly billing requirements. Compensation commensurate with experience.
