Job Description Job Description THE COMPANY We're a small outfit of hard runners out of Idaho - moving food products direct for our customers. Known in our area for moving fast and putting on big miles consistently. In 2025 we averaged just over 3,600 miles a week per driver across 21 seats and we're adding a couple this quarter. THE MONEY 2025 pay range: $80,000 – $1118,000 Fleet-wide average: $95,000 •Routed miles •Monthly mileage bonuses •Weekly drive time bonuses •Paid for layover, detention, extra stops, breakdowns THE EQUIPMENT •2023 trucks and trailers •Fridge, microwave, inverter, bunk heater •75 mph •No engine idle shutdown THE ROUTES & FREIGHT •No-touch, refrigerated freight •3,600 miles average weekly •Live loads and drop & hook •80% dedicated, direct customer freight THE HOME TIME •Mandatory two weeks notice for home-time (flexible on amount of time off) •Flights home provided (with minimum of two week notice) •You control it.
