Job Description Job Description Role Summary Our client, a large acute-care hospital serving a diverse regional population, is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to provide 24-hour clinical and operational oversight for an assigned Women’s Services unit. This role ensures patient care is delivered in accordance with established professional, regulatory, and organizational standards. The position is well suited for a BSN-prepared nurse with strong clinical judgment and developing leadership experience in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Provide continuous oversight of the assigned clinical unit to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements. Support and guide nursing staff in delivering age-appropriate, patient-centered care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care delivery. Monitor unit performance, staffing needs, and clinical outcomes. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. Assist in maintaining operational efficiency and clinical best practices within the department. Required Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Experience Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience. One (1) to two (2) years of progressive leadership or management experience in a clinical setting. Licensure & Certifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada. Current BCLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Current NRP certification. Additional Requirements Demonstrated ability to provide care appropriate to the age and clinical needs of the patient population served. Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
