Compensation- $150,000+, Comprised of Base salary + Unlimited Settlement Percentage Earnings. Additional benefits package includes Health, Vision & Dental, 401(k), and Cash Balance Plan.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage a variety of personal injury cases from initial client contact to case resolution
--- Conduct depositions for witnesses, experts, and other parties
--- Prepare and present legal motions, respond to discovery requests, and perform legal research
--- Develop and oversee strategies for litigation and pre-litigation cases
--- Supervise paralegals involved in litigation and collaborate with different departments
--- Represent clients in arbitration hearings, brief trials, and potentially jury trials
--- Offer guidance to the pre-litigation team to ensure cases are trial-ready, even if they settle

Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Personal Injury law and litigation matters
--- Previous experience in conducting depositions, arbitration proceedings, and drafting motions is required
--- Preference will be given to candidates with past courtroom experience as lead counsel, especially in short or jury trials
--- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative legal setting is a must
--- Familiarity with Workers' Comp cases is a bonus, although not mandatory
--- Excellent communication, organizational, and case management abilities are essential for this role
