As a part of our continued growth, we are searching for a Board-Certified Urologist to join our group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Primary Responsibilities: - The team currently consists of 10 providers (5 physicians and 5 APCs) across 4 different locations in the Las Vegas/Henderson Valley all working together as a team, while managing their own patients.
- Our urologists are part of an integrated coordinated medical group treating general adult urology patients in the clinic, surgery center, hospital, and operating room.
- Urology call duties are equally distributed within the Urology team, covering 3 hospitals in the area.
- The group also has a dedicated Radiation Oncologist.
- Base salary, bonus potential based on productivity, patient satisfaction and coding accuracy, as well as call pay

Required Qualifications: - Completion of an ACGME (Accreditation Counsel for Graduate Medical Education) approved Urology Residency Training Program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in the field of Urology
- Able to obtain all appropriate licensing from the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, Nevada State Board of Pharmacy, and the federal Drug Enforcement Agency What makes an Optum Organization different?
