Position Responsibilities

• Review, audit and summarize operational data to create clear, concise executive summaries and presentations.
  
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to management.
  
• Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  
• Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.
  
• Collaborate with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.
  
• Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs and making informed decisions.
  
• Manage analysis and data projects and provide status updates.
  Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
    
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
    
  • Prior experience leading a small team preferred.
    
  • Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills a must.
    
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
