The Information Technology Directorate is looking for a high-performing individual to join our team as a Jr. Systems Administrator (Infrastructure Analyst I). Key Responsibilities - Assist in the management and maintenance of Server Operating Systems on both classified and unclassified networks.
- Assist patching efforts and remediate cyber vulnerabilities within server systems per established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support account provisioning and management activities in classified and unclassified environments to ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Assist in writing security plans, performing certification, and accreditation tests to validate security policies are in place.
- Collaborate with more experienced technical personnel on medium and high complexity projects to design, install, implement new or modify existing systems.
- Utilize PowerShell, Ansible, and other automation technologies to improve processes and reduce support efforts.
- Support deployment of projects including racking all varieties of hardware, cabling, and OS installation.
- Report Key Performance Indicators, including capacity planning and system health.
- Create knowledge articles, schematic diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in problem management and root cause analysis as needed.
- Resolve service desk tickets as assigned and maintain 24x7 availability for monitoring of enterprise systems as required.
