Seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant immediately!



Minimum of five years of direct administrative and client relations experience is required. Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, and be able to uphold confidentiality. The candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to the Marketing team and updating various social media accounts as necessary (i.e. Twitter, Facebook). Must be able to multi-task effectively within a fast-paced environment. The position requires computer proficiency (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel) and an ability to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented team player with excellent customer service skills would be an ideal candidate in this well-known organization.
