Teaching Assistant - Perfect for Individuals:

Working Schedule:

1. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 3:00 PM - 8:15 PM (In the beginning, you will not be scheduled for all 4 days.)

Your end time may vary depending on the day's of workload.

2. Possibility of Saturday shift 9:45AM -1:30 PM

3. Because we work with students, we are ONLY looking for LONG TERM candidates. Students thrive with consistency and familiarity. It is not fair to students who have teachers that come and go within just a few months.

Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:

1. Work alongside with instructor on how to teach students

2. Working with 1-6 students at a time for 30 and 45 minute increments.

3. Learning from the instructor how to lesson plan.

4. Learn how to prepare lesson plan worksheets for students.

5. Write detailed reports on students' progress

Teaching Assistant - Must Have Qualities:

About Our Company:

We are an afterschool foundational program that helps students get caught up to grade level if they are behind and advance them beyond grade level. Our philosophy is teaching students how to be independent and life study skills to be able to succeed in anything they do either inside the classroom or outside the classroom.
