Observes and reports obvious physical and behavioral abnormalities to the nurse manager immediately. Responsible to document all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs. Answering call light timely to determine the patients needs. Pass medications utilizing the Five Rights.What do I need to be considered? STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). An active CNA in the state of Nebraska (or willing to transfer your license to Nebraska). An active 40-hour medication aide in Nebraska.
