Accounting Assistant - Lincoln Nebraska

We are looking for a part time Accounting Clerk to handle the following responsibilities:



-Job card entry into ERP System.



-Timecard entry into Access.



-Files paid invoices.



-Perform routine administrative tasks for Finance department.



-Cash receipt entry into ERP system.



High School Diploma/GED Required, preferred Associates Degree in accounting. Payroll experience preferred along with candidates who have worked in accounting in a manufacturing environment.



Requires a basic understanding of ERP/MRP, and intermediate data entry skills on keyboard and 10-key. Basic level knowledge of MS Access, MS Word, and MS Excel required.



Pre-hire drug screening and misdemeanor/felony background check will be performed.
