WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Route Logistics Coordinator and Dispatcher, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless gas product deliveries nationwide. Your role involves dispatching orders via our mobile platform, aligned with route schedules set by operations. Collaborating closely with managers, you'll manage, update, and adapt schedules, including handling on-call and emergency orders. As a crucial bridge between our corporate and field operations, you'll create electronic orders, assign daily routes, identify efficiencies, analyze metrics, and maintain effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROUTE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR AND DISPATCHER JOB

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities in busy environment.
  • Must work well in a dynamic team environment and be a good teammate.
  • Solid computer and data entry skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to create, generate, and analyze reports in a spreadsheet format.
  • Ability to communicate and connect with operations personnel in an industrial / transportation business.
  • Must have solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability effectively and concisely present information to associates, managers, and branch personnel.
