Job Description Bluebird Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor Supervisor for a nursing job in Glendive, Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: House Supervisor - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff Position: Acute Care/Critical Access - Night Nurse Supervisor (Multi Setting) Shifts: Nightshift, 3x12s EMR: Cerner Rate: Starts at $38.63 applicable BSN/cert incentives. Rate is based on years of experience. Description: As an Acute Care Nurse Supervisor, you'll lead and manage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with Critical Access hospital standards. Your leadership will directly influence patient outcomes and team success. Required Education/Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of acute care clinical experience; leadership experience preferred. - BSN preferred. - Current RN License in the state of Montana (or compact license) - All applicable RN certifications required; national certification encouraged. - Must be able to oversee various departments including ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care. Similar responsibilities to a Charge RN completion of yearly evaluations.
