Job Description Bluebird Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a job in Glendive, Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a highly skilled professional who uses specialized computerized x-ray equipment to produce cross sectional images of the human anatomy which aid radiologists in diagnosing a wide variety of diseases and disorders. Also assists physicians and Radiologist in performing examinations by administering/providing contrast media and assisting with procedures as needed. Job Details/Incentives: - Four 9-hour shifts per week, Rotating On-Call and Weekends, Night Shift - Hourly Rate/Salary is based on years of experience - Hiring Incentives may include: - Sign-On Bonus - Tuition reimbursement - Relocation bonus - Retention bonus Required Skills/Abilities: - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology. - Knowledge of the current trends and techniques of x-ray technology. - Ability to learn to conduct quality control studies; learn to use CT equipment; learn to operate a computer for recordkeeping purposes. - Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and staff. - Incumbents must be able to work stand-by and call-back duty and respond to a call within 20 minutes. Education and Experience: - Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state of Montana and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required. - ARRT (CT) - Current BLS certification required. - One year of previous experience.
