As a Nurse Practitioner at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting well-being in our community. Your duties will involve delivering comprehensive healthcare services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, and recommending suitable treatment plans. - Perform diagnostic tests to diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper medication administration and potential side effects
- Respond to pharmacy and refill requests accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Proficient in electronic records and documentation
