- Ability to assist in managing small projects: Revenue quota - $1,000,000 minimum, Gross Profit quota - $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal.
- Assist project managers for selected accounts.
- Ensure quality service.
- Maintain schedules.
- Reporting and billing.
- Manage costs and revenue.
- Timely billing.
- Secondary focal point for all customer relationship issues.
- Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations: Scope of work or SLAs, Equipment, Professional services, and reporting & billing process.
- Ability to assist in recognizing issues with the delivery and performance.
- Ability to complete projects within budget.
- Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance.
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign. Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- College education or degree highly desirable.
- Project coordinator skills.
- Highly proficient with the use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
