Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Building Relationships: Spend quality time with our residents, getting to know them and their unique stories. Personal Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming – always with dignity and respect Supportive Presence: Be there for emotional support, whether it’s sharing a laugh or offering a comforting hug. Encouraging Independence: Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements. This includes daily living activities such as personal care, household chores, and cooking. Creating Joy: Plan and participate in fun activities that bring joy and excitement to our home. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given. Minimum Requirements: A heart full of compassion and kindness A desire to make a difference Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and have a driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance. This position requires the transportation of clients.
