MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, start, and operate production machinery according to work instructions Load raw materials or parts into machines and ensure proper alignment Monitor machine operation to ensure products meet quality and production standards Inspect finished products for defects and remove non-conforming items Adjust machine settings to maintain proper speed, temperature, pressure, or alignment Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance or supervisors Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and defects Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with supervisors and team members about production status or issues Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals WORKING CONDITIONS: Work shifts will be 12 hours. Overtime may be required.
