Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment 1 year of PT experience is required LTC or Rehab experience is required BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC New Grads OKAY as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days Shift Details: M-F, 8 hr days - Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. Start time is before 6 AM and no later than 10 AM. Weekend Requirement: No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then hours can be made up on the weekend.
