Job Summary: The Contracts Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end contract management process, including intake, review, redlining and execution of agreements negotiated by internal stakeholders. This position handles contracts that vary in format, length, and complexity for customers, brokers, lease agreements, and vendors. Responsibilities include meticulously analyzing contractual language, proposing revisions to align with organizational objectives, and facilitating mutual agreement between parties, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation at every stage. Upon finalization, the Contracts Coordinator will execute contracts and manage all aspects of their lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with contract review and redlining experience preferred. Ability to interpret, and revise legal documents, with comprehensive training provided by the Contracts Manager. Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with all levels of management. Proven ability to work independently on multiple contracts of varying scope and complexity, in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job duties: Review and analyze contracts for compliance with Company’s operational, financial, and legal objectives, and recommend modifications as needed. Ensure revised documents accurately reflect mutually agreed upon contractual changes and execute contracts when consensus is achieved . Maintain the contract life cycle management tool by updating contract attributes and setting renewal reminders. Communicate key contractual information on executed contracts, amendments and contracts nearing expiration to all internal stakeholders. Review Customer-specific requirements on Customer websites to ensure Company is compliant and communicate changes to internal stakeholders, as necessary. Perform special projects or tasks that support continuous improvement. Essential Skills: Ability to evaluate the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate one. Ability to identify problems and evaluate and recommend solutions. Must possess exceptional knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, oral comprehension, and oral and written expression. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn company-specific software. Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and subject matter experts across all organizational levels Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in business needs. Positive attitude, self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
