Seeking a General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physician to provide equitable and effective value-based healthcare services to a well-established primary care practice in Columbia, MO. We are seeking an ambulatory clinic physician who is motivated to provide exceptional care to our adult population; exposure to pediatrics is historically minimal. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Position Expectations/Description: - Assess, diagnose, treat and administer primary care services for our patient population
- Maintain accurate patient medical record data and documentation via Meditech Expanse
- Collaborate with the medical group specialists, hospital providers and health system leadership to coordinate care and meet key quality metrics as it relates to population health.
- Access to full service, hospital affiliated clinic with excellent patient mix, including comprehensive lab, imaging and therapy services on-site.
- See 16 to 20 patients per day as a full-time provider with a half day protected as administrative time.
- Monday through Friday schedule with holidays off; minimal call responsibilities shared amongst eight additional providers Compensation Package:
