Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in homes and businesses
Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Qualifications:The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude
Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses
Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
