Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. • Certify newly installed components properly function
• Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in homes and businesses
• Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
• Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
• Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Qualifications:
  • The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude
  • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
  • Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses
  • Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
