Responsibilities include strategic planning, recruitment, financial management, clinical operations, business operations, quality assurance, nursing practice, and growing market share for Oncology Services. Develops, directs, and ensures the implementation and compliance of Standards of Practice that promote optimum healthcare delivery. Knowledge of social, economic, regulatory, and legal issues affecting the healthcare system is essential; seeks all opportunities for keeping staff updated in healthcare practices. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:Education: Master's Degree required.Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in Cancer Care Services and two years management experience required.
