Who We Want We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive Clemco's revenue growth across the Americas and strengthen our distributor and direct customer relationships. - Strategic Visionary: You see the market not just as it is, but as it could be-and you build pathways to capture it. - Relationship Builder: You thrive in creating strong, mutually beneficial partnerships across distributors and direct accounts. - Leader and Coach: You develop high-performing sales teams that succeed through accountability, encouragement, and continuous improvement. - Driven Executor: You consistently hit and exceed ambitious targets through strategic action and operational excellence. - Collaborative Partner: You work across marketing, product development, and leadership teams to create a unified growth strategy. What You'll Do - Lead the development and execution of Clemco's domestic and regional sales strategy, aligning it with company goals and operational plans. - Oversee and support a talented sales team, technical sales, and engineered services, setting clear expectations, mentoring growth, and fostering a results-driven culture. - Strengthen Clemco's relationships with distributors by understanding their needs and designing programs that drive mutual success. - Drive revenue growth through both expanding existing markets and identifying new business opportunities. - Implement robust forecasting and reporting tools to ensure leadership has full visibility into market trends and sales performance. - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align product launches, customer campaigns, and brand messaging. - Work closely with the President of the Americas and APAC to drive value stream improvements and ensure process alignment across regions (but without global direct responsibility). What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. - Deep understanding of distribution channels, industrial sales cycles, and engineered-to-order products. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. - Experience working within a Lean manufacturing environment and aligning sales goals to value streams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Willingness and ability to travel domestically, with some international travel as needed.
