Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Senior Procurement Business Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the Business Partner relationship with key stakeholders across multiple groups within the demand generation area. You will develop partnerships with category owners and act as the direct contact for procurement. You will help to drive sustainable solutions with suppliers, while engaging in key functional initiatives to align business needs with sourcing strategies.Understand business requirements and challenges including priorities, must-win battles and key drivers.Represent the Above Market and At Market Procurement Team in business review meetings.Assist with information flow between category management and sourcing teams to effectively deliver against business strategies and strategic planning.Partner with the Center for Marketing Excellence in order to align on key metrics of the business or function in support of the Operational Master Plan (OMP)Own and measure cost improvement targets and projects. Report out to the Business stakeholders as appropriate.Monitor business goals delivered by the Category Teams and help periodically reassess the targets.Identify specific cost improvement opportunities and present them to the demand generation stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing, and implementation.Monitor progress against targets and identify gaps. Effectively communicate these findings as well as gap closing strategies to procurement leadership and stakeholders each month.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related3+ years' experience in procurement, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or relatedThe approximate pay range for this position is $79,000- $110,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
