This role will work with a cross functional team in supporting and advancing Branch network technologies in an automated first approach to support our growing financial services organization. Responsibilities will include engineering network infrastructure as code, developing operational efficiencies, network tools development and advancing the overall platform to support Branch technologies. Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of : - Actively mentor and train other associates in their area of expertise.
- Provide direction as to the effective use of technology within the Branch Network Engineering and Strategy Team.
- Provide leadership related to technical aspects of tools, methodologies, best practices and processes and standards that apply to their technical area of expertise.
- Research technical improvements and takes the initiative to communicate/implement solutions.
- Participate and represent your area in cross- functional groups.
- Communicate issues and problem resolutions with all affected stakeholders, business areas, and vendors.
- Research requirements to determine system feasibility, costs, benefits, or functional requirements.
